Highly experienced executive coach, Lina works with top leaders from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Traditionally trained as a scientist, Lina is also a two-time Olympian, entrepreneur, and has practical experience working in the corporate world as well as an Executive Director of a foundation. Working with some of the top companies in the world as a leadership development and executive coach, Lina brings expertise from her diverse background, deeply rooted in sustainability and solution-focused principles.

In partnerships with global organizations, Lina created Climate Executive Coaching with the vision to accelerate results for climate action and sustainability leaders and teams around the world through science-based, professional coaching.

An inspiring speaker on building resilience and succeeding against the odds, Lina has delivered presentations and coaching to over 150 of the leading companies in the world, including AWS, Google, Cardinal Health, Microsoft, Comcast, Bank of America, Citigroup, Meta, Intel, Cisco, Liberty Mutual, Pfizer, American Express, Nike, Capital One and many others.

Lina lives in San Diego, California with her husband Aaron and their three children.

What motivates Lina:

“Growing up in communist Bulgaria, I quickly realized that opportunities were not just going to be given to me, in fact, they could be taken away; so if I wanted something - I would have to create it. This sense of agency drove me to find a way out of poverty to education, elite sports, and success as an entrepreneur, corporate and nonprofit leader. It also continues to drive me today in finding ways to solve the climate crisis.”
